Hi Ed,

Before this slips my mind entirely, I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our windows. All of your design considerations were right on; the single-hungs across the front, the French Rail slider, etc. They are a significant improvement over aluminum in looks, and a big improvement in function. As I offered about Ferncliff, you are welcome to use us as a reference, and bring someone out to show them if you have the need. And of course, thank you for all the good service as the project developed. The weather threw everyone for a loop, but it was all finished when we needed it. It is always a pleasure to work with Larry and his crew.

Having said all that, I really doubt I will be calling you for windows again – we’re through moving!
